Located in the heart of the beautiful High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty the town of Tunbridge Wells offers the perfect mix of those wanting a vibrant town to explore and an afternoon adventure in the Kentish countryside.


With so much to discover in this beautiful part of Kent a visit to Tunbridge Wells is a must for food lovers, weekend explorers and budding photographers.

Town Centre and The Pantiles
Your first day in Tunbridge Wells starts with exploring the beautiful town centre and the famous Pantiles, explore the hidden shops and wonder the lanes looking for the perfect treat to yourself. Be sure to stop off at one of the many wonderful coffee shops along the way.

Lunch
Woods Restaurant
Located in a beautiful Georgian building you will find the wonderful Woods Restaurant, whether it’s a homemade slice of cake with a pot of tea you are after or a perfect poached egg on toast worthy of a post on your Instagram page. Woods Restaurant is a great place to stop after all that shopping.

Spa Valley Railway 
Hop on board one of Kent’s heritage railway and sit back and relax whilst you get to see the beautiful countryside, with special themed events throughout the year and even the chance to enjoy an afternoon tea whilst on board, this is one stylish way to explore the countryside.

Seventeen
Located in the beautiful hotel One Warwick Park, Seventeen has been serving up mouth-watering dishes. With a wonderful menu and a brilliant cocktail menu, a visit to Seventeen is a must for when visiting the area.

For day two it’s time to head out of town and explore the beautiful countryside, here you will discover the beautiful Scotney Castle dating back to the 14th century. This spot is one for any budding photographer, as the seasons change so does the gardens around the castle, making a visit to Scotney Castle perfect all year around.
