High Banks Studio and B&B, Sevenoaks TN13 1EL

High Banks is a newly renovated house situated in a quiet yet superbly convenient location close to both the station and the centre of town. Stylishly furnished throughout, it offers guests the choice between B & B accommodation with en-suite facilities inside the house or a self-contained studio apartment with its own independent access on the ground floor complete with kitchenette and shower room. Both types of accommodation offer comfortable king-size beds, free WiFi connection, TV, tea and coffee-making facilities.  A generous continental breakfast is served to B & B guests and those staying in the studio apartment may order provisions for a self-service breakfast at extra cost should they wish. There is ample off-street parking on our drive.

The Studio at High Banks is totally self-contained with its own entrance and parking, the Studio apartment on the ground floor  offers flexible, luxury accommodation for two people. Newly refurbished in contemporary style, the apartment comprises a large double bedroom with seating area, a well - equipped kitchenette with sink, microwave and fridge, and shower room with large shower and heated towel rail.  Free Wifi access is available as well as a wall-mounted TV.  If they wish, guests can order provisions for a continental breakfast to be supplied in the kitchenette (at extra cost). There is a minimum stay of 2 nights in this apartment.

Our bed and breakfast suite consists of a spacious, double room with comfortable king-size bed and shower room en-suite overlooking the garden.  Attractively furnished in restful neutral tones, guests have free WiFi connection in their room as well as their own TV and video player, hair dryer, tea and coffee-making facilities. There is ample space to park in our drive.

A generous continental breakfast consisting of fresh fruit, juice, yogurt, cereals, bread and croissants, locally made preserves, tea and coffee is served in the stylish kitchen-cum-family room on the ground floor.
