Coast Restaurant offers fine dining in an elegant and relaxed setting. Guests can enjoy modern British cuisine, using locally sourced ingredients that reflect the seasons: fresh fish is landed daily from the beach by Griggs, meat from Huntleys of Tenterden, eggs are from free-range hens at Coastal Farm Eggs of Canterbury, and jams and preserves are made locally at Wooden Spoon Preserves in Wye.
