Kent and Sussex Wine Tours offer small group, set date, tours of the vineyards and wineries of this exciting emerging wine region. You will visit 2-3 vineyards, and enjoy a 2 course pub lunch, with a pick up and drop off at a local train station. With groups of no more than 8, you will often have the opportunity to talk directly to the owners / winemakers. This is a wonderful way to discover what the regions wines have to offer.

We also offer bespoke and corporate tours tailored towards your requirements.

North Weald Tour:

Discover two of England's finest wine producers on this fantastic full-day wine tour. Firstly, you will visit Hush Heath Estate, one of the giants of the English wine world. Home of multi award-winning Balfour Brut Rosé, their vision is English pink sparkling wine to rival the finest from Champagne and the rest of the world. Walk around these stunning grounds, taking in not only the vineyards but also the orchards and woodland, followed by a tour of their impressive winery and of course a tasting of a range of their wines. Following a delicious 2-course lunch at a country pub, you will then move on to Herbert Hall. A real gem, Herbert Hall is not usually open to the public. You will be hosted by owner/winemaker Nick Hall.

East Weald Tour:

Discover three of England's finest wine producers on this fantastic full-day wine tour. Firstly, you will visit Gusbourne Estate. Gusbourne debuted its first English sparkling wine vintages (of Gusbourne Brut Reserve 2006 and Gusbourne Blanc de Blancs 2006) in 2010. It has since established itself at the forefront of the English wine revolution. You will visit the expansive Appledore vineyards and take a private tour of their state of the art winery, followed by tastings of some of their award winning-sparkling wines. Following Gusbourne, a visit to Woodchurch offers a very different experience. A small, boutique establishment, tended by hand by the owner Graham Barbour, with stunning views across the Kent countryside. Woodchurch produced their first, award-winning, sparkling wines in 2015. You will be some of the first people to hear their story and taste their fabulous wines. Following a two-course lunch at a country pub, your final stop of the day is Oxney Organic Estate, which runs along the river valley, straddling the Kent and East Sussex borders. Another newcomer to this exciting emerging wine region, Oxney produced their first wines in 2014. Here you will learn about the workings of an organic vineyard from the owner, Kristin Syltevik, as well as visit the boutique winery, situatued in a picturesque converted last house.
