Mereworth Wines

We are a Kent-based winery, producing award-winning world-class English Sparkling Wine from fruit grown in our own vineyards in Wateringbury.

Our tours and tastings, led by founder Will Boscawen or head winemaker Scott Gebbie, provide a real insight into the journey of our wines from vine to bottle. Our vineyard tour offers the opportunity to visit the vines where our Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes are grown, learning about the qualities of these grapes, and the essential vineyard management throughout the year. Making your way a short distance down the road to our Mereworth winery, the tour arrives at our winemaking hub, as we talk you through how our grapes are crushed, pressed, fermented and bottled, using the Great British Classic Method which transforms our grapes into exceptional English Sparkling Wine.

The tour culminates with a fully tutored tasting of Mereworth Wines’ sparkling wine. Winery-only tours also available.
